Ingredients
▢
Ladiesfinger - 10 cut into big pieces
▢
Potato - 2 peeled and cut into wedges
▢
Tomato - 2 chopped finely
▢
Dry Red Chilli - 2
▢
Turmeric Power / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Sugar - 1 tblsp
▢
Mustard Oil - ¼ cup
FOR GRINDING:
▢
Poppy Seeds / Khus Khus/ Kasa Kasa - 4 tblsp
▢
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 2 tblsp
▢
Green Chilli - 2
Instructions
▢
Soak mustard seeds and poppy seeds in warm water for 30 mins. Drain and take it in a blender along with chillies and grind till smooth.
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add okra and fry till golden. Remove to a bowl.
▢
In the same oil add in potatoes and cook till crispy. Add tomatoes and mix well.
▢
Add in dry red chilli, turmeric powder and mix well.
▢
Add in poppy seed mix and cook till it thickens and raw smell leaves.
▢
Add in salt and sugar and mix well.
▢
Add in fried okra and mix well.
▢
Serve with rice.
