Ingredients

  • Anchovies / Nethili Meen - 500 grams
  • Curd / Yogurt - ½ cup
  • Lemon - 1
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tblsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice Flour - ¼ cup
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except oil and leave to marinate for 30 mins.
  • Heat oil for frying and fry this till crispy.
  • Serve hot.
