Hot Chocolate Icecream Recipe

Delicious hot chocolate icecream which taste so yummy and is very easy to make. This is easy and is very cooling for this summer.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Dark Chocolate - 75 grams
  • Sugar - 6 tblsp
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • Marshmallow - 5 pieces
  • Cornflour - 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Take milk in a sauce paan. Bring it to a boil.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add chocolate and melt it.
  • Add vanilla and mix well.
  • Add marshmallow and cook till it is meltedd.
  • Add in corrnflour mixed with little milk and stir till it thickens.
  • Now pour it in a freezer container and freeze overnight.
  • Next day grind till creamy and pour back in the same container and freeze.
  • Scoop and serve.
