Ingredients

Wheat Flour - 1 cup
▢
Rice Flour - ¼ cup
▢
Coriander Leaves - ½ cup chopped finely
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Water as needed
▢
Oil for making dosa
Instructions
▢
Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter. Make the batter thin.
▢
Heat a dosa pan.
▢
Pour a ladleful of batter from a height and drizzle with oil.
▢
Cook till crispy and serve.
