Chicken Omelette Recipe

Healthy chicken omelette which is not only delicious but is very easy to make. You can serve it with rice or enjoy on its own.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 3
  • Cooked Chicken - 1 cup shredded
  • Onion - 1 sliced thinly
  • Curry leaves a sprig
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Coriander leaves - ¼ cup chopped finely
  • Oil for making omeltte

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan.Pour mix in and cook for 2 mins on low heat. Flip over and cook.
  • Serve hot.
