Ingredients

Gram
flour - 1 cup
▢
Rice flour - ¼ cup
▢
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
▢
Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Onion - 1 small chopped finely
▢
Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
▢
Ginger - 1 tsp grated
▢
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
▢
Coriander leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely
▢
Mint Leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
▢
Paneer - 1 cup cubed fine
▢
Water as needed
▢
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
▢
Mix all ingredients to a thick batter.
▢
Heat oil for deep frying.
▢
Drop batter in and fry till golden brown.
▢
