Super easy and fast spring onion or scallion pancakes or crepes made the chinese style. This is a quick pancake which is normally served for breakfast.

Ingredients
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¼ cup
▢
Water - ⅓ cup
▢
Egg - 1
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Pepper to taste
▢
Spring Onion - ¼ cup chopped finely
Instructions
▢
Mix all ingredients except oil to a smooth batter.
▢
Heat oil in a pan. Spoon some batter and swirl the pan. Cook till golden in the base.
▢
Flip over and cook.
▢
Remove and roll it.
▢
Serve hot.
