Chinese Green Onion Pancake Recipe

Super easy and fast spring onion or scallion pancakes or crepes made the chinese style. This is a quick pancake which is normally served for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¼ cup
  • Water - ⅓ cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Spring Onion - ¼ cup chopped finely

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except oil to a smooth batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Spoon some batter and swirl the pan. Cook till golden in the base.
  • Flip over and cook.
  • Remove and roll it.
  • Serve hot.
