Take banana flower and remove the petals one by one. Then remove each bunch of flower inside the petals.
Now take a single flower and remove the tall segment and the small petal like part from it. Discard both of it.
Soak the banana petals in a bowl of water which is mixed with curd. This prevents it from getting black.
Now once you have removed all the tough outer segments from the banana flower. You will each a tender inner part. Chop it pretty finely and soak in the same water. You can chop the banana flower and use in cooking,
