Ice-Cream Cake Recipe

Delicious cake which is made using leftover cherry cake slices and then topped with a creamy tutti fruity icecream. So delicious.

Ingredients

  • Sponge cake or Any cake slices as needed
  • Instant Jelly Packet - 1
  • Whipping Cream Powder - 1 cup
  • Cold Milk - ¾ cup
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - ½ cup or to taste
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • Tutti Fruity - ½ cup

Instructions

  • Prepare jelly as per instructions. set aside to set a little in fridge.
  • Line a pan with foil or plastic wrap and set aside.
  • Take cake slices and dip in the jelly and arrange it in the pan.
  • Take whipping cream powder, milk in a bowl and whisk till thick.
  • Add in condensed milk, vanilla and tutti fruity and fold gently.
  • Spoon this in to the pan and top with another layer of cake slices dip in jelly. Wrap it well freeze overnight.
  • Slice and serve.
