Ingredients

FOR ORANGE SCONES:
▢
Egg - 1
▢
Sugar - 3 tblsp
▢
Milk - ¾ cup
▢
Orange Zest - 1 tsp
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ½ cup
▢
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Oil for pan frying
FOR ORANGE SYRUP:
▢
Orange Juice - 1 cup
▢
Brown Sugar - ¼ cup
▢
Unsalted Butter - 3 tblsp
Instructions
▢
Take orange juice, brown sugar and butter in a sauce pan and boil till syrupy. Set aside.
▢
Take egg, sugar, milk, orange zest in a bowl. Add flour, baking powder and mix well.
▢
Heat oil for pan frying. Drop spoonful of batter in and fry till golden brown.
▢
Remove and serve with syrup.
