Soya Chunks - 1 cup cooked

Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Turmeric Powder -¼ tsp
▢
Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Oregano - ¼ tsp
▢
Cornflour / Cornstarch - 2 tblsp
▢
Lemon Juice to taste
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Oil for deep frying
Instructions

Mix all inrgredients together.
▢
Deep fry in oil till golden.
