Kids Friendly Paneer Fingers Recipe

Easy and delicious paneer finger which has very less spices. This makes a great lunch box dish or you can serve this as a after school snack too.

Ingredients

  • Paneer - cut into fingers like
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Cornflour - as needed
  • Water to make slurry
  • Breadcrumbs as needed
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Mix paneer with salt, pepper and oregano and let it marinate for 10 mins.
  • Mix cornflour with water. Dip the paneer in this batter and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve.
