Ingredients
▢
Wheat flour - 1 cup
▢
Spinach Puree - ½ cup or as needed
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
▢
Mix flour, spinach puree, salt to a stiff dough. Set aside for 10 mins.
▢
Take small portion and roll into poori.
▢
Deep fry in oil till puffy and cooked
▢
Drain and serve.
▢
You can cut out any shapes you want using cookie cutter if you are serving this for kids.
