Spinach Poori Recipe

Healthy and delicious spinach poori which is easy to make. This is a great dish to put in kids lunch box.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Spinach Puree - ½ cup or as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Mix flour, spinach puree, salt to a stiff dough. Set aside for 10 mins.
  • Take small portion and roll into poori.
  • Deep fry in oil till puffy and cooked
  • Drain and serve.
  • You can cut out any shapes you want using cookie cutter if you are serving this for kids.
