Ingredients
▢
Pista Ice cream as needed
▢
Cold Milk -2 cups
▢
Pista Syrup as needed
▢
Sabja - 2 tblsp
▢
Vermicelli / Semiya - 1 cup cooked
▢
Pistachios - chopped for garnishing
FOR SYRUP:
▢
Sugar - ¼ cup
▢
Water - 3 tblsp
▢
Pista Extract few drops
▢
Green Food Colour few drops
Instructions
▢
Take sugar and water in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Cook till syrup thickens.
▢
Now cool the mix down.
▢
Take cold milk in a bowl, add some syrup in and mix well. Set aside.
▢
Cook semiya till done and drain them. Set aside.
▢
Soak sabja in water for 10 mins. Set aside.
▢
Take a serving glass, pour some syrup in the glass.
▢
Top with cooked semiya, sabja and top with some ice cream.
▢
Pour milk over it and top with more ice cream.
▢
Top with some syrup and nuts.
▢
Serve immediately.
