Ingredients
▢
Oil - 2 tblsp
▢
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
▢
Onion - 1 large sliced thinly
▢
Paneer - 200 grams cubed
▢
Frozen Peas - 1 cup
▢
Dried Fenugreek Leaves / Kasuri Methi Leaves - 1 tblsp
FOR GRINDING:
▢
Tomato - 4 chopped
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
▢
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Sugar - 1 tsp
Instructions
▢
Take all grinding ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let it sizzle.
▢
Add in onions and cook till golden
▢
Add in pureed masala and cook till oil separates from it.
▢
Now add water, paneer and peas and simmer for 10 mins.
▢
Add in kasuri methi leaves and mix well.
▢
Serve.
