Ingredients
▢
Ragi Rava - ½ cup
▢
Water - 1.5 cup
▢
Milk - 3 cups
▢
Sugar - ½ cup
▢
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 4 tblsp
▢
Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
Instructions
▢
Take ragi rava in a pot. Add water and cook till ragi rava is cooked. Set aside.
▢
Take milk, sugar and condensed milk in a sauce pan and cook till it is reduced by half.
▢
Now add in ragi rava and mix well.
▢
Add in cardamom powder and mix well.
▢
Serve cold.
