Ingredients
▢
Oil - 2 tblsp
▢
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
▢
Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp
▢
Dry Red Chilli - 2
▢
Onion - 1 large chopped finely
▢
Spinach - 3 cups chopped finely
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Fresh Breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup

Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal, dry red chillies and mix well.
▢
Add onions and saute well.
▢
Add spinach and toss well.
▢
Add in salt and mix well.
▢
Add in breadcrumbs and toss well.
▢
Keep cooking till spinach absorbs all the moisture.
▢
Serve.
