Ingredients
FOR MUFFIN BATTER:
Egg - 1
Sugar - 1/4 cup
50 grams
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
100 grams
Oil - 1/2 cup
120 ml
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
60 ml
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Banana - 2 mashed
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup

FOR CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
Cream Cheese - 1/2 cup
60 grams
Egg - 1
Sugar - 1/4 cup
50 grams
Wheat Flour - 2 tblsp
MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ml
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Place cupcake cases on muffin moulds.
Start by making cream cheese filling, Take all ingredients mentioned for filling in a bowl and mix well.Set aside.
Now lets make muffin batter. Take egg, sugar, brown sugar, oil, yogurt, vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
Add in mashed banana and mix well.
Add in wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder. Fold gently.
Take a muffin pan, scoop some batter in the mould, top with cream cheese and then top with more batter.
Now bake this for 20 to 25 mins till it is done.
Remove and cool down.
Serve.
