Cauliflower Varuval Recipe

Super delicious cauliflower varuval which taste not only yummy but is super easy to make. This makes a great side dish for rice and gravy.

Ingredients

  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Onions - 1 large sliced thinly
  • Green Chillies - 3 chopped
  • Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

FOR FRYING:

  • Cauliflower - 3 cup cut into florets
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  • Take cauliflower in a bowl. Add all ingredients except oil and mix well.
  • Deep fry it in hot oil till golden. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat little oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies and toss well.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
  • Add fried gobi and toss well.
  • Serve.
