Ingredients
▢
Dates - 10 to 12
▢
Almonds - ¼ cup
▢
Honey - 3 tblsp
▢
Flax seeds - 2 tblsp
▢
Cornflakes - 1 cup crushed
▢
Shredded dried coconut - ½ cup
▢
Kishmish / Sultanas - ¼ cup
Instructions
▢
Roast almonds and chop it finely.
▢
Take dates in a blender and puree.
▢
Take it in a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
▢
Take small portion and shape it into ball.
▢
Store in a container.
▢
Serve
