Ingredients
  

  • Dates - 10 to 12
  • Almonds - ¼ cup
  • Honey - 3 tblsp
  • Flax seeds - 2 tblsp
  • Cornflakes - 1 cup crushed
  • Shredded dried coconut - ½ cup
  • Kishmish / Sultanas - ¼ cup

Instructions
 

  • Roast almonds and chop it finely.
  • Take dates in a blender and puree.
  • Take it in a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
  • Take small portion and shape it into ball.
  • Store in a container.
  • Serve
