Ingredients
▢
Cauliflower - 1 medium size cut into florets
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Lemon Juice - 1 tblsp
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Bread crumbs - ¼ cup
▢
Rice Flour - ¼ cup
▢
Baking Powder - ¼ tsp
▢
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
▢
Take cauliflower in a sauce pan, add salt and turmeric powder and boil for 3 mins. Drain it and set aside.
▢
Take it in a bowl, add all ingredients except oil and mix well.
▢
Deep fry till golden brown.
▢
Drain and serve.
