All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¾ cup + ⅛ cup105 grams
Cocoa powder - ⅓ cup35 grams
Milk Powder - ¼ cup30 grams
Sugar - ¾ cup + ⅛ cup175 grams
Baking Powder - ¾ tsp
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Instant Coffee Powder - 1 tsp
FOR MAKING CAKE WITH EGGS:
Eggs - 2 small
Milk - ½ cup + ⅛ cup
Melted Butter or Oil - ¼ cup60 ml
FOR EGGLESS CAKE:
Yogurt / Curd - ½ cup120 ml
Milk - ½ cup120 ml
Melted Butter or Oil - ¼ cup60 ml
MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ML
Instructions
Mix all ingredients given for cake mix together and store in a air tight container.
When making cake, Mix the cake mix with the ingredients listed and pour it in the prepared pan and bake in a 180 degree C preheated oven for 30 to 35 mins.
Notes
1)The mixture can be stored for more than a month in pantry shelf. 2)For storing longer, store it in freezer. 3)This cake makes one 9 inch round cake or 12 cupcakes.
