Potato Au Gratin Recipe

This is Nigella Lawson's Recipe. Creamy potato au gratin which taste so delicious. It make a perfect side for your thanksgiving or christmas table.

Ingredients

  • Potato - 4 medium size peeled and sliced
  • Cream - ¾ cup
  • Milk - ¾ cup
  • Garlic - 1 clove grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Butter - 2 tblsp

Instructions

  • Grease a baking pan with butter. Preheat oven to 250 degree C.
  • Take potatoes, cream, milk, salt, pepper and garlic in sauce pan and cook for 5 to 6 mins till potatoes i fork tender.
  • Now pour this whole thing in buttered baking pan and pop it in oven and bake for 20 mins till golden and crispy on top.
  • Remove it and serve.
