Ingredients

Potato - 4 medium size peeled and sliced
▢
Cream - ¾ cup
▢
Milk - ¾ cup
▢
Garlic - 1 clove grated
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Pepper to taste
▢
Butter - 2 tblsp
Instructions
▢
Grease a baking pan with butter. Preheat oven to 250 degree C.
▢
Take potatoes, cream, milk, salt, pepper and garlic in sauce pan and cook for 5 to 6 mins till potatoes i fork tender.
▢
Now pour this whole thing in buttered baking pan and pop it in oven and bake for 20 mins till golden and crispy on top.
▢
Remove it and serve.
