Paneer Kathi Rolls | Paneer Frankie | Paneer Roll Recipe

Super delicious paneer kathi rolls which not only taste fantastic but it is super easy to make. This recipe is great to put in your kids lunch box.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Onion chopped finely
  • 2 large Tomato chopped finely
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 grams Paneer cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 4 Chapati | Roti

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, saute onions till translucent. Add tomatoes and cook till it gets mushy. Add in ketchup, salt and chilli powder and mix well. Toss in paneer and mix well. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Take roti, spoon the filling in and roll it tightly. You can pan sear it for few minutes. Wrap with foil and put in your lunch box or enjoy immediately.
