Avocado Chia Pudding Recipe
Healthy avocado chia pudding which is perfect for breakfast or as a after lunch desert. It is one of my favourite pudding recipe. It is simple, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients
▢
Avocado - 1
▢
Almond Milk or Regular Milk - 1 cup
▢
Honey
Sugar or Maple Syrup as needed
▢
Chia Seeds - 3 tblsp
Instructions
▢
Take avocado, milk and honey in a blender and puree till smooth.
▢
Add chia seeds and mix well.
▢
Put this in fridge for 1 hour so the chia seeds will plump up.
▢
Serve cold
