Fresh Tomato Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients

  • Tomato - 2 chopped finely
  • Garlic - 1 clove grated finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sugar - ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice or Vinegar - 1 to 2 tsp
  • Olive Oil - 1 tsp + more
  • Bread Slices as needed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250 degree C. Set oven to grill mode, brush bread with oil and pop under grill rack and broil till it is nicely golden.
  • Take all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Spoon this over the bread and serve.
