Ingredients

Instant Oats - ½ cup
▢
Water - 1 cup
▢
Brown Sugar or Honey to taste
▢
Milk to taste
if needed
▢
Flax Seeds - 1 tsp + ½ tsp
Instructions
▢
Take oats, water, 1 tsp flax seeds in a sauce pan and heat it up.
▢
Cook this till it is done and oats in cooked.
▢
Now add in any sweetner as you like, milk to taste and mix well.
▢
Spoon this into serving bowl and top with ½ tsp flax seeds.
▢
Serve.
Notes
1) You can add fruits or nuts in this porridge to make it more filling & tasty.
