Ingredients

  • Instant Oats - ½ cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar or Honey to taste
  • Milk to taste if needed
  • Flax Seeds - 1 tsp + ½ tsp

Instructions

  • Take oats, water, 1 tsp flax seeds in a sauce pan and heat it up.
  • Cook this till it is done and oats in cooked.
  • Now add in any sweetner as you like, milk to taste and mix well.
  • Spoon this into serving bowl and top with ½ tsp flax seeds.
  • Serve.

Notes

1) You can add fruits or nuts in this porridge to make it more filling & tasty.
