Chicken Karaage Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken thighs
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic

Instructions

  • Take chicken and all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Take cornflour in a bowl, add in little water and crumble it well.
  • Coat the chicken in cornflour.
  • Drop in hot oil and fry for 2 to 3 mins. Drain the chicken.
  • Add the chicken back in oil and fry till super crispy.
  • Drain and serve hot.
