Instructions
▢
Take chicken in a plate, season both side with paprika, salt, pepper and dried thyme.
▢
Heat oil in a dutch oven. Place chicken in a single layer and sear both sides till golden. Remove and set aside.

Now add in onions, carrots, garlic in the same pan. Saute for 2 mins.
▢
Add in chicken, chicken stock and red wine. mix well.
▢
Bring it to a boil. Cover and simmer till chicken is cooked.
▢
Now mix flour with 2 tbsp butter to a paste. Add it into the chicken and mix well.
▢
Saute shallots and mushrooms in butter for 2 to 3 mins.
▢
Add the vegetables into the chicken and mix well. Simmer for 5 mins.
▢
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
