Ingredients

  • 3 Kerala Banana
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt a pinch
  • Red colour a pinch
  • 2 Cardamom pod

Instructions

  • Heat oil for deep frying. Slice the banana lengthwise or in round slices.
  • Mix the ingredients for batter with water to make a thick paste.
  • Dip each slices of banana in the batter and fry them in hot oil till they are crisp. Serve them warm or cold.
