Eggless Coconut Cookies

Healthy low fat cookies made using wheat flour, coconut. It has no butter and uses oil this cookies is good for you.

Ingredients

  • Desiccated Coconut - ½ cup
  • Oil - ¼ cup 60 ml
  • Brown sugar - ½ cup 100 grams
  • Wheat Flour / Atta - ¾ cup 90 grams
  • Milk - 1 tblspn
  • Baking Soda - ½ tsp

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 170 degree C. Line a baking pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
  • Take oil, brown sugar in a bowl and whisk well.
  • Add in desiccated coconut and mix well.
  • Add in flour and baking soda and mix well.
  • Add in milk and make it into a dough.
  • Divide it into small balls, Flatten it and place some coconut on top.
  • Pop it in oven and bake for 15 to 18 mins.
  • Remove and set aside to cool.
  • Serve.
