Ingredients

  • Dosa Batter
  • Pizza Sauce or Pasta Sauce as needed
  • Onion chopped finely as needed
  • Bell Pepper chopped finely as needed
  • Pizza Seasoning or Oregano as needed
  • Mozzarella Cheese grated as needed
  • Oil as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a pan, spread dosa batter. Now cover with a lid and simmer for 1 to 2 mins.
  • Now spread sauce and top with veggies, seasoning and cheese. Cover and simmer for 2 mins.
  • Now remove and serve
