Cream Pies | Chocolate Cream Pies Recipe

Cream Pies are two cookies sandwiched with a chocolate cream. Chocolate Cream Pies are soft cake like chocolate cookies with a cream filling.

Ingredients

  • Egg - 1
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup 120 grams
  • Cocoa Powder - ⅓ cup 35 grams
  • Sugar - ¾ cup 150 grams
  • Unsalted Butter - ½ cup 113 grams
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Chocolate Chips - 1 cup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking pan with parchment and set aside
  • Take butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and cream well.
  • Add in egg and mix well.
  • Add in cocoa powder and mix well.
  • Add in flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
  • Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Take small portion of the dough and roll it into a ball.
  • Arrange it in a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 13 to 14 mins.
  • Now remove it and cool down.
  • Now take two cookies, spread nutella over it and sandwich with other cookie.
  • Serve.
