Lemon Jelly | Lemon Jelly Recipe
Tangy lemon flavoured gelatin or jelly. This lemon jelly is made using gelatin, lemon juice which taste so delicious.

Ingredients
▢
Water - 2 cups
▢
Sugar - ¾ cup to 1 cup
▢
Lemon Juice - ¼ cup to ½ cup
▢
Gelatin - 2 tsp
▢
Lemon Food Colour few drops
▢
Lemon peel a small piece
Instructions
▢
Soak gelatin in some cold water for 10 mins till it softens.
▢
Take water, sugar in a sauce pan, heat till it comes to a boil and sugar melts.
▢
Now take it off the heat and add in lemon peel, gelatin mix and food colour. let it sit for 5 mins till the gelatin is completely melted.
▢
Add in lemon juice and mix well.
▢
Now pour this in mould and set in fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
▢
Un mould and cut into cubes
▢
Serve.
