Banoffee Blondies | Banana Blondies Recipe

Banana Blondies or banoffee blondies made with mashed bananas and white chocolate which makes a fudgy little treat for kids.

Ingredients

  • White Chocolate - 225 grams / 1 ¼ cup
  • Unsalted Butter - 100 grams / ½ cup
  • Brown Sugar - 150 grams / ¾ cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Mashed Ripe Banana - 200 grams / ⅔ cup
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp
  • All Purpose Flour - 1 ¾ cup / 210 grams
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • White Chocolate - ½ cup chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree c. Line a 20 cm square baking pan with parchment and grease it lightly. Set aside.
  • Take butter and white chocolate in a bowl and place it over a pan with simmering water. Melt it gently.
  • Now set aside for 10 mins so it cools down.
  • Now add in brown sugar, banana, egg, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
  • Take baking powder, white chocolate chunks and flour in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add this wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon this in the pan and pop it oven. Bake for 30 to 35 mins.
  • Now remove it and cool it for 10 mins.
  • Slice and serve.
