Take peanut butter, icing sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well so it forms a dough like. Add more icing sugar as needed.
Take both chocolate and butter in a sauce pan and melt on low heat till completely melted.
Now take a muffin pan, line with mini muffin cases, Spoon some chocolate in the bottom and spread lightly around the edges.
Now pop this in fridge for 5 mins, remove it and place a small amount of peanut butter filling, spoon some more chocolate on top and pop back in fridge for 5 to 8 mins.
