Garlic Cheese Bread | Cheese Garlic Toast Recipe
Delicious garlic cheese bread with step by step pictures. Cheesy garlic toast made using bread, garlic and cheese.
Ingredients
Garlic Herb Cheese Bread
- Bread Slices - 5 to 6
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Coriander leaves or Cilantro - a handful
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
- Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup
Garlic Cheese Bread
- Focaccia Bread or Any Bread
- Butter- ½ cup
- Garlic-15 cloves I like lots of garlic in mine
- Rosemary-1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cheddar Cheese/ Mozzarella Cheese - ½ cup
Instructions
Garlic Herb Cheese Bread
- Preheat oven to 250 degree C on grill mode.
- Take garlic, coriander leaves and puree few mins. Add in salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil. Puree till combined.
- Spread the oil in bread and bake for 5 mins. Now remove it and grate some cheese. Bake this for 1 min or so.
- Remove and serve.

- Preheat the oven to 220°C(450°F) in broil mode..
- Crush garlic in a blender to a rough puree..
- In a mixing bowl add in butter,rosemary,garlic,salt and pepper and mix well..
- Take the bread and cut it in half..Spread this generously over this..
- Grill it for 5-7 mins until browned..
- Take it out and sprinkle some cheese on top..Return back to oven and grill it for 3-4 mins or until the cheese is melted..
- Cut into pieces and serve with any pasta or as it is..
