Stollen French Toast Recipe

Delicious breakfast french toast made using stollen bread which is a traditional german bread.

Ingredients

  • Stollen Bread Slices - 4 Recipe here
  • Butter - 2 to 3 tblspn
  • Eggs - 1
  • Sugar - 1 tblspn
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
  • Milk - ¼ cup

Instructions

  • Take egg, cinnamon, sugar and milk in a bowl and mix well.
  • Take bread slices and dip them in the milk mix on both sides so it can absorb.
  • Heat butter in a pan, fry the bread slices till golden brown.
  • Drain and serve bananas and honey or maple syrup.
