Wheat Bran Chapati | Bran Roti Recipe

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup
  • Wheat Bran - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Warm Water as needed
  • Oil or Ghee for making roti

Instructions

  • Take wheat flour, bran and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add warm water and knead to a soft dough.
  • Now set aside so the dough can rest for 15 mins. Divide it into equal balls.
  • Now roll the dough into a roti.
  • Place the roti on a hot pan, cook both sides till done.
  • Serve with drizzle of ghee.
