Malai Ladoo | Paneer Ladoo Recipe
Delicious melt in mouth milk balls which are made using paneer or malai. This delectable treat is mouth watering and taste absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
▢
Paneer - 200 grams crumbled
▢
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 100 grams
▢
Saffron for decoration
▢
Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp
▢
Pink Food Colour few drops
▢
Kewra Essence few drops
Instructions
▢
Take paneer, condensed milk, pink colour in a blender and puree till smooth.
▢
Take this in a nonstick pan and cook on medium high heat till it leaves the sides and get thick.
▢
Now add in essence and cardamom powder and mix well.
▢
Remove this to a plate, and cool it completely.Now take small portion and shape it into ball.
▢
Decorate it with saffron and chill for few min.
▢
Serve.
