Homemade Icing Sugar | How to Make Confectioners Sugar at Home

Homemade Icing Sugar is made using regular sugar and cornflour. This is used for frostings and dessert making.

Ingredients

  • Granulated Sugar - 1 cup
  • Corn Flour / Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Take both of them in a blender and blend for 3 to 4 mins till it is powdered really really finely.
  • Now take them in a fine sieve and sift well.
  • Store it in an air tight container.
