Take baby potatoes in a pressure cooker. Cover with water, add salt. Cover and pressure cook for 3 whistle. Simmer the pot for 10 mins. Turn off the flame and let the steam go all by itself. Open the cooker and drain the potatoes. Let this cool down, peel them.
Take cooked baby potatoes and halve them. Take them in a bowl, add in all ingredients for marination and mix well. Heat some oil in a pan and fry them till golden. Set aside.
Take curd in a bowl, add little salt and mix well.
Take a plate and place the potatoes, spoon your yogurt mix over it, spoon some chutney and top with sev.
