Ingredients

Chana Masala Sandwich

  • Bread Slices - 4 to 6
  • Chana Masala - 1.5 cup Recipe here
  • Onion - ¼ cup chopped finely
  • Oil for making sandwich

Chana Masala Sandwich with Cheese

  • Bread Slices - 4 to 6
  • Chana Masala - 1.5 cup Recipe here
  • Onion - ¼ cup chopped finely
  • Bell Pepper / Capsicum - ¼ cup chopped finely
  • Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
  • Cheese - 1 cup shredded
  • Chat Masala Powder as needed
  • Oil for making sandwich

Instructions

Chana Masala Sandwich

  • Take chana masala in a kadai and cook till the excess water dries off.
  • Now take a bread slice, spread channa masala over it, top with onionsand cover with another slice of bread.
  • Toast it in a grill pan till golden on both sides.
  • Serve.

Chana Masala Sandwich with Cheese

  • Take chana masala in a kadai and cook till the excess water dries off.
  • Now take a bread slice, spread channa masala over it, top with onions, capsicum, green chillies and cheese. Sprinkle over chat masala powder and cover with another slice of bread.
  • Toast it in a grill pan till golden on both sides.
  • Serve.
