Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line 6 cup muffin pan with cupcake cases. Set aside.
Start by making the filling. Take chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, orange juice in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Now make the batter. Take yogurt, sugar, oil, baking soda in a bowl and whip till fluffy and creamy.
Now add in wheat flour, cornflour and mix well. Add in milk as needed.
Now spoon a spoonful of batter in the cupcake case, top with the apple filling, spoon some more batter on top. Now bake this for 20 to 25 mins till the cupcake is baked. Insert a tooth pick to check whether the cake is done or not.
