Ingredients
▢
Oil - 1 tblspn + more for toasting
▢
Capsicum / Bell Pepper - ½ cup chopped very finely
▢
Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely
▢
Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tblspn
▢
Frozen Peas - ¼ cup
▢
Frozen Sweet Corn - ¼ cup
▢
Potatoes - 1 large boiled
mashed
▢
Bread Slices as needed
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add in capsicum, green chilli and saute for couple of mins.
▢
Add in chilli powder, salt and garm masala powder.
▢
Add in ketchup and mix well.
▢
Add in corn and peas. Mix well.
▢
Add in mashed potatoes and mix well. Filling done.
▢
Take bread slices, spread filling in it. cover it with another slice.
▢
Heat little oil in a pan, place bread and cook till golden on both sides.
▢
Serve.
