In an oil less frying pan,add dry red chilli and coriander seeds and fry till it is nicely toasted.Remove it from the pan..let it cool down then grind it into a powder.
In a kadai add oil and heat it up,then add in onions and stir well.Cook until golden brown.
Add in tomatoes and green chilli and cook untill the tomato is mushy.
Add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.Now put in the powdered spice and mix well.
Add in the chicken pieces,Season with salt and stir well.
Cook for 20-25 mins until the chicken is cooked.Throw the capsicum in.
Add in the garam masala powder and mix well.Now pour in the milk..
Garnish with coriander leaves and julienned ginger pieces.Serve hot with rice or anything.
