Ingredients

  • Rolled Oatmeal - 3 tblspn
  • Chia Seeds / Sabja - 1 tblspn
  • Salt a pinch
  • Honey / Maple Syrup / Agave - 2 to 3 tblspn
  • Soy Milk / Milk / Water - 1 cup
  • Dried Fruits - 3 tblspn
  • Ripe Mangoes - ½ cup

Instructions

  • Take all ingredients in a bowl, cup or a jar and mix well. Place a lid and let it sit in the fridge for few hours or overnight.
  • Next day enjoy it cold.
