Eggless Vanilla Muffins Recipe
Eggless Vanilla Muffins with step by step pictures. Soft and fluffy muffins flavoured with vanilla which pairs well with tea or coffee. This basic vanilla muffins makes a great breakfast option too.
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup / 120 grams
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
Salt a pinch
Warm Water - ¾ cup / 180 ml
Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams
Vinegar or Lemon Juice - ½ tblspn
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Oil or Melted Butter - 3 tblspn
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line muffin tray with cupcake wrappers and set aside.
Take flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and mix well.,Set aside.
Take water, sugar, oil, vanilla and vinegar in a bowl and mix well till sugar is melted.
Add flour mix in and fold gently.
Scoop this into cupcake mould till it is ¾th full.
Bake this for 20 to 25 mins. Insert a toothpick to check whether the cake is done or not.
Remove it and set aside to cool down.
