Eggless Vanilla Muffins with step by step pictures. Soft and fluffy muffins flavoured with vanilla which pairs well with tea or coffee. This basic vanilla muffins makes a great breakfast option too.

Ingredients
  

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup / 120 grams
  • Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Warm Water - ¾ cup / 180 ml
  • Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams
  • Vinegar or Lemon Juice - ½ tblspn
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Oil or Melted Butter - 3 tblspn

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line muffin tray with cupcake wrappers and set aside.
  • Take flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and mix well.,Set aside.
  • Take water, sugar, oil, vanilla and vinegar in a bowl and mix well till sugar is melted.
  • Add flour mix in and fold gently.
  • Scoop this into cupcake mould till it is ¾th full.
  • Bake this for 20 to 25 mins. Insert a toothpick to check whether the cake is done or not.
  • Remove it and set aside to cool down.
  • Serve warm.
