Ingredients

  • Baby potatoes - 15
  • Oil - 3 tblspn
  • Garlic - 6 cloves sliced thinly
  • Onion - 1 large sliced thinly
  • Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Yogurt - ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves a handful chopped finely

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes with salt till it is cooked. Drain and set aside to cool down. Peel it and set aside.
  • Heat oil in nonstick pan, add in garlic, onion and mix well.
  • Add in baby potatoes and toss well. Add salt to taste.
  • Now add in all the spice powders and yogurt and mix well.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 15 mins on low heat till it gets nice golden colour.
  • Now add in coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve.
