Ingredients

  • Poha / Aval- 2 cups i used red rice poha
  • Water - ½ cup
  • Jaggery - ½ cup
  • Apples - 1 chopped finely
  • Pomegranate - 1 cup
  • Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
  • Cherries - 2 tblspn chopped finely
  • Coconut - ½ cup grated

Instructions

  • Take jaggery and water and mix well.
  • Take poha in a bowl, strain the jaggery water and mix well. Set side for 10 mins. If it is not softened, sprinkle more water and set aside.
  • Now add in all ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve cold.
